She recently confessed that she often 'feels guilty' for being a working mum.
And her maternal instincts certainly came into play as Edith Bowman stepped out in London on Thursday.
The radio presenter, 43, went out of her way to lend a helping hand to a blind man she had passed who had been crossing the road.
Helping hand: Edith Bowman, 43, stopped to help a blind man cross the road safely as she left her yoga class in London on Thursday
Offering her arm, Edith ensured the pedestrian managed to cross safely, before sending him on his way before turning back around.
Her kind-hearted deed came after Edith had attended a yoga class.
The starlet was dressed causally for her appearance in the capital and had appeared to change out of her gym gear, slipping into a pair of turned-up jeans and a black t-shirt.

She threw a collarless red printed shirt over her ensemble and was still sporting her trainers on her feet.
Appearing to go make-up free for her exercise class, Edith flaunted her natural beauty while hiding behind a pair of round-framed shades.
She was clutching onto a large bottle of water - no doubt to re-hydrate herself after working up a sweat - and had a black tote bag slung over one shoulder.

Her latest appearance in London comes after Edith recently confessed she can often 'feel guilty' spending time away from her children to carry out her work commitments.
Edith is mother to two sons Rudy, eight, and four-year-old Spike who she shares with her husband Tom Smith.
She and the Editors front man married in 2013.
Speaking candidly about motherhood, Edith said in an interview with The Northern Echo: 'I have working mum guilt all the time, but try not to beat myself up about it.'

She explained that she often misses taking her children to school as she is already working for her breakfast show on Virgin Radio
Edith confessed that she can often try to be the 'perfect parent' but has now realised that she doesn't need to compare herself to other mothers and focuses on being 'the best' mum she can be.
She also gushed about her husband and insisted he is her 'rock'.
Edith added: 'We're always looking out for one another, and we're a great team with the boys. I couldn't ask for a better dad for my kids.'
'He's my rock': The radio presenter has credited her husband Tom Smith (pictured above in 2013) for being a great father to their two sons Rocky, eight, and Spike, four
